Some of the items seized by police while executing the warrant include around 8 pounds of marijuana, 2700 doses of LSD, and 2 grams of crack cocaine. Both are facing several chargers, with Lavrich facing more charges after Smith revealed Lavrich was involved in drug trafficking.
When police came into the home there were also two bystanders who were at the home and they were let free to go and take the four children at the residency. Smith was charged with endangering another person and Lavrich was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
