Multiple injuries were reported following a two car crash that occurred early Friday morning in Fairview Township.
According to State Police, 22-year-old Brock Bailey of Parker was traveling on Chicora Road (Route 68) just after 5am when his vehicle went into the opposite lane of travel and struck a second vehicle head on.
Authorities say that second driver, 62-year-old Daniel Rowe of Butler, suffered suspected serious injuries in the crash. He was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Police say that Bailey suffered minor injuries in the crash, but was not transported for further treatment.
Officials believe that speed was a factor in Friday’s crash.
