Tyler Cumba

Tyler Cumba, 27, of Butler passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. He was born in Butler on October 24, 1996, and was the son of Rebecca (Rankin) Rettig and Ivan Cumba. Tyler attended Butler Senior High School before getting his GED. He loved the outdoors and being in nature. Tyler enjoyed camping, hiking, riding his bike, reading and playing video games. He had a great sense of humor and an awesome smile that will be forever missed. Tyler is survived by his parents, Rebecca and John Rettig; his father, Ivan Cumba; two sisters, Tatyana Cumba and Catarah Cain; brothers, Ivan J. Cumba, Jacob Rankin and Parker Rettig; grandparents, Paula Davis, Bert and Sandy Young, and Carol Rettig; niece and nephew, Ariel and Mikah Bullard; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Tyler was preceded in death by his sister, Cristal Cumba; aunt, Holly Rankin; and his grandfathers, Thomas Davis and Larry Rettig. All services were held privately through the SPENCER D.
