A ruling by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court will impact mail-in ballots that are undated.
The court ruled yesterday that mail-in ballots without a handwritten date under your signature will not be counted.
Counties have been directed to “segregate and preserve” the ballot.
You can no longer apply for a mail-in ballot. If you have a mail-in ballot, county election officials urge you to return it as soon as possible. The ballots must be into the county election office by 8 p.m. next Tuesday.
