Vallie Pavlik, 88, of Fairlawn, Ohio, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022 at The Inn at CoalRidge in Wadsworth, Ohio.
She was born August 14, 1933 in Butler, the daughter of the late Hildreth Thomas and Alma (Texter) Walker.
Vallie was a member of First United Methodist Church where she loved volunteering her time. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren brought her great joy and comfort.
Surviving are her two sons, Scott (Lori) Pavlik and Robert Pavlik, Jr. (Sherri), all of Ohio; daughter in law, Sherry Pavlik of Tennessee; five grandchildren, Alisa Look (Doug) Stuck, Jessica (Steve) Lewandowski, Adam (Ashley Harrison) Pavlik, Stephen Pavlik and Sydney (Brandon Lyme) Pavlik; six great grandchildren, Shawn and Tyler Lewandowski, Aloria and Joelle Stuck, Ava and Zoey Pavlik; three sisters Carole McDonald, Pamela (Stewart) Hindman, Kathryn McKitten, all of Pennsylvania; and a sister in law, Kay Walker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Pavlik, who passed away May 30, 2019, son, Ross Pavlik, sister, Dolores Holmes, two brothers, Paul Walker and Thomas Walker.
Private visitation and services were held at Young Funeral Home, Ltd., Butler.
Private interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.
