No serious injuries were reported after a pedestrian was struck by a car last week in nearby Mercer County.
According to State Police, a vehicle was traveling on Slippery Rock Street in Liberty Township just after 5pm on Wednesday (December 23rd) when the car traveled off the roadway for unknown reasons.
Authorities say that the vehicle’s passenger side mirror then struck a 27-year-old Grove City man who was walking on the side of the roadway.
Officials say that the Grove City man suffered suspected minor injuries, and refused medical treatment.
Through their investigation, police believe that the vehicle involved was a gray or silver Honda Civic that was manufactured sometime between 2016 and 2020. It is unclear if the driver has been identified.
