Another neighboring county has been added to the quarantine list for the spotted lanternfly.
Venango County was recently added to the list after the lanternfly was confirmed to have a presence in the region.
The quarantine prohibits moving lanternflies or any infested items like firewood, brush, or other debris.
Butler and many southwestern counties are already on the list.
State agriculture officials say the spotted lanternfly devastate valuable food and ornamental crops.
