Vera H. Linthurst, 87 of Butler, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022, at her residence.
She was born January 23, 1935, in Middletown, PA. She was the daughter of the late William J. and Elsie (Brooks) Mathues.
Vera was employed as a LPN until her retirement.
She was a member of All Saints Parish at St Andrew Roman Catholic Church, Butler, PA. Vera was a member of the Legion of Mary and also served as an Eucharistic Minister. She was volunteer docent and contributor to the Maridon Museum of Butler, PA.
Surviving are one son and one daughters: William J. Linthurst III of Butler; Dolores Marie Linthurst of Butler.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William J. Linthurst who died August 22, 2007; a daughter: Pamela Ann Linthurst who died March 3, 2012.
There will be no public visitation.
Family and Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. from All Saints Parish at St Andrew Roman Catholic Church, 1660 N. Main Street Extension, Butler, PA 16001, with Rev. John Baver as a celebrant.
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Butler, PA.
