Vice President Mike Pence will speak at the Flight 93 National Memorial in Shanksville, Somerset County this morning as the nation marks 18 years since 9/11.
The observance will begin at 9:45 a.m. The names of the 40 passengers and crew who died will be read at 10:03—which is the time the plane crashed.
The public is invited to attend, but officials ask that you arrive 90 minutes before the ceremony begins.
