There were three new cases of COVID-19 and no additional deaths reported by the state for Butler County on Wednesday.
That continues the relatively low number of new cases locally. Statewide numbers are following that trend as well.
There were 174 new cases reported by the Department of Health Wednesday and eight additional deaths.
The number of hospitalizations also remains low, with less than 400 patients being treated for COVID. The weekly update from the Butler Health System about local cases is expected tomorrow.
