There were 90 new cases of COVID-19 and five additional deaths reported by the state for Butler County Wednesday.
That now brings the death toll for Butler County to 317 since the beginning of the pandemic.
However, Wednesday marks the 10th straight day where cases were below 100.
As of Wednesday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital is treating 31 patients for the coronavirus which is an increase of five since Monday, with five COVID patients in the ICU which is an increase of one.
Statewide, there were 5,874 new cases and 222 additional deaths. Pennsylvania has now eclipsed more than 21,000 deaths since March.
