Several local organizations are teaming up to celebrate national “Week of the Young Child” with special events and activities.
This year’s theme is “Bugging Out About Books” and kicks off with the distribution of free activity bags for children ages 8 and younger beginning Saturday and continuing through a week from Friday, April 16th, while supplies last. Participants will have the chance to win prizes.
The Butler County Early Care and Education Council, Butler County Human Services, Lifesteps, and the Butler Area Public Library will partner to help young children and their families with a free Virtual Early Learning Experience.
