There were 25 new cases of COVID-19 and no additional deaths for Butler County over the weekend.
Statewide, there over 800 new cases during the past two days, which continues the downward trend of new cases. According to the Department of Health, the seven-day rolling average number of new daily cases is below 1,000.
As of Friday morning, Butler Memorial Hospital was treating seven patients for the coronavirus, with one COVID patient in the ICU. The number of patients hospitalized in Pennsylvania is now just slightly above 1,000.
