At least one person was seriously injured as a result of a crash Thursday afternoon in Winfield Township.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center shortly after 1 p.m. for the accident on Route 356 (North Pike Road) near Chapel View Drive.
Crews from Saxonburg were among those dispatched to the scene to find one vehicle still on the road.
A helicopter was called to land at the scene while another person was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital by ambulance for chest pain.
