A two vehicle accident happened on Herman Road just after 8 a.m. A seven-year-old toddler had to be evaluated at the scene, but no one was taken to the hospital. Meanwhile, icy roads led to a crash on Hendricks Road in Center Township. That happened around 9:45 a.m. near the intersection with Evans Road. Crews on the scene say a vehicle ended up in a ditch.
Restrictions were also put in place on I-80 in Clarion County. Speed limits were reduced to 45 miles per hour and commercial vehicles are restricted to the right lane.
