Governor Tom Wolf is continuing his push to get more people vaccinated.
He spoke yesterday in Montgomery County saying that the state has 68 percent of eligible adults fully vaccinated, but they are still aiming for more.
“Getting every eligible Pennsylvanian out to get a vaccine, that’s our goal,” Wolf said.
The vaccine push comes as cases and hospitalizations continue to rise in Pennsylvania. Yesterday, the Department of Health reported 4,600 new cases and over 2,800 people in the hospital with COVID.
“The COVID-19 vaccines are safe and free,” Wolf added.
