Governor Tom Wolf got his COVID-19 vaccination Monday and is encouraging state residents to do the same.
“There’s much more vaccine available than we had in the past. This is a great time to go out and get the vaccine,” Wolf said. “We all want to get back to life as normal, and this is the best way to do that. This is the light at the end of our tunnel.”
Wolf says right now it’s a race between vaccinating more Pennsylvanians and the variants of the virus that are circulating.
So far, 40 percent of the population in the state has had one shot according to Wolf.
