A woman is facing charges for allegedly driving under the influence with a child in the car.
State police say 32-year-old Chelsie Brown of Russellton was driving with her three-year-old in the vehicle on Brownsdale Road in Penn Township back on July 4th.
Brown then crossed the center line and hit another vehicle head-on.
Police say they investigated the accident and found Brown under the influence. An arrest warrant was obtained and Brown was placed in the Butler County Prison.
