A Butler woman was placed in the Butler County Prison after she allegedly threatened to kill a federal employee late last month.
Police say 28-year-old Sara McCollums was at a Social Security office in Butler on March 28th and threatened to kill one of the employees.
Officers on scene say McCollums was under the influence of a controlled substance. She would later admit to officers she had smoked crack-cocaine earlier.
McCollums has been charged with disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance. She was originally placed in prison on cash bail but later had her bail terms changed on the condition she return for her May 27 preliminary hearing.
