A woman is facing several charges after child services were called to her home and she attacked an officer.
Butler Township Police were called to a home on the 300 block Evans City Road to ask a 47-year-old Jeannette Fleeger about one of her daughters. When police arrived at the home Fleeger’s youngest child answered the door.
Police on scene asked the child to get her mother. Fleeger would eventually come down and let police and CYS into the home. According to official documents the officer believed that Fleeger was drunk; they also saw an open bottle of wine on the floor.
After being questioned about her daughters Fleeger began to yell at the officer and CYS employee eventually hitting both. Fleeger was then arrested.
Fleeger is facing several charges including three counts of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and resisting arrest.
