One woman is dead following a fatal crash in Concord Township.
The single vehicle accident happened Monday around 10:30 a.m. on Oneida Valley Road, just north of the intersection with Clark Road.
State Police say 75-year-old Kathie Stewart of Gibsonia lost control of her vehicle and went off the right side of the road. Her car then hit a ditch and went airborne. Police estimate the vehicle went nearly 100 feet before coming to rest.
Stewart was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say the accident is still under investigation.
