A woman from Parker took home a big-time cash prize after winning on a scratch off ticket.
Pennsylvania Lottery officials say the $3 million prize was won on a Diamonds and Gold scratch off ticket at the Rummy Mart in Chicora.
50-year-old Penny Reep of Parker claimed the winning ticket.
