A former pastor in West Sunbury is accused of stealing nearly $20,000 from a church he was in charge of for his family’s personal use.
46-year-old Jeffrey Lang was the reverend at the West Sunbury Presbyterian Church from March 2012 through October 2018.
State police say he and his wife Kimberley used the church’s banking account for their own benefit from 2017 to 2018.
The Lang family is accused of using the money to pay for things like travel, car repairs, college, and other day-to-day purchases.
Arrest warrants have been issued for the Langs, who currently live in Ohio.
