A couple of local institutions of higher learning are providing the chance for continued instructional opportunities online this summer.
Butler County Community College is moving all their face-to-face classes this summer to online instruction.
BC3 announced the move Wednesday, saying it aligns with decisions made by other community colleges and universities across the state.
BC3 is also cancelling events on all their campuses through June 30th.
Registration is now open for current Slippery Rock University students to sign up for over 550 summer session classes beginning May 13th. Non-SRU students can begin to register on April 27th.
All courses will be online only due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Visit the SRU website for more information.
