The local artists with the Butler Arts Center have finished their first round of pop-up street art.
The artists, in connection with Butler Downtown and area business owners, took some time on Wednesday to work on a couple of projects.
These are not the large murals we’ve seen on buildings in recent years in downtown Butler. These are much smaller designs.
You’ll see the sidewalk decorated in front of the former Ruffles and Truffles store. There is also artwork on the lower portion of the Sir Speedy’s façade on Main Street.
Butler Downtown says there are 10 designs in all planned and they are working with local property and business owners for the locations.
