Butler Township is nearly ready to present residents with a new recreational opportunity.
According to Township Manager Tom Knights, the Township’s new pickleball courts next to the deck hockey rink have been surfaced.
The courts will be open on a first come, first served basis on the weekends as well as on weekday mornings and evenings. However, beginning Monday, September 14th, 90 minute blocks of time will be available to be reserved between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. weekdays.
Reservations must be made by 3 p.m. Friday for Monday through Sunday of the following week. For more information as well as a complete list of court policies and guidelines, visit the Butler Township Facebook page.
