Beginning later this week, lane restrictions will be in place on Route 19 in Marshall Township, northern Allegheny County.
The work is taking place in between Thorn Hill Road and Warrendale Bayne Road from 8 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
Crews will be working to erect steel bridge beams on the Turnpike above Route 19.
Signage will direct motorists to follow posted detours both northbound using I-79 to Route 910 back to I-79 to Route 228 as well as southbound using Route 228 to I-79 to Route 910 back to I-79.
