Butler County is enhancing their staff handling phones at the election bureau.
Officials say they’ve been slammed with phone calls over the past months, with questions about the mail-in ballot process and other general info.
So, if you’re interested in calling the bureau, it’s still their same number which is 724-284-5308. But the calls will transfer and roll from phone to phone inside the department.
It will be staffed from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
