Police say a Fairview Township man that has been missing since the weekend was found dead yesterday.
State police say they received a call from a man checking his property that he found the vehicle belonging to 45-year-old Shawn Kelly in a wooded area near Morris Road in Washington Township. When police arrived, they found Kelly dead inside his car. Investigators say no foul play is suspected.
Kelly was a guidance counselor at Karns City High School and he had been missing since last Friday evening. His family said he was scheduled to have surgery in Cleveland on Monday, but never showed.
