A local man is facing charges following an incident last month at Pointe Plaza.
According to Butler Township Police, 28-year-old James Ehlinger of Butler was observed just after 4 p.m. on October 21st engaged in a lewd sexual act in front of Stirling Eye Care.
Ehlinger then allegedly followed a woman from the Pointe Plaza until she turned into the road leading to the State Police Barracks.
Following an investigation into the incident, Ehlinger has been charged with Stalking, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct.
