A local man suffered serious injuries after he was pinned by a vehicle late last week in Jefferson Township.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, a 61-year-old Cabot man was closing the doors of a parked storage trailer at a business on Dinnerbell Road just after 3pm on Friday when an unoccupied car drifted forward and pinned him against the trailer.
Authorities say that the man suffered several broken ribs and internal bleeding. He was later transported to UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh for treatment.
No other parties were involved.
