Butler City Council has approved a contract with one of their groups of employees.
Thursday night Council ratified a tentative agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #32 that will take effect January 1st through December of 2025.
The deal will include a 4% raise for the first year followed by two 2% raises in 2022, and two 1.5% raises in each of the final three years. This works out to a 17% raise over the course of the deal.
The Police union has already approved this deal.
