High School Sports:
–the Freeport Hockey team defeated Fox Chapel 3-0 last night. Keith Smilowitz scored twice for the Yellow Jackets, who improved to 15-3 this season. Tyler Lang recorded his first varsity shutout in net for Freeport.
–Knoch Girls Lacrosse defeated Freeport 20-5.
