Cranberry Township officials are encouraging drivers to stay safe by slowing down this summer.
The “Slow Down Campaign” returns after its hiatus in 2020. It officially kicks off on June 4th and uses radar speed signs, yards signs, and an increased police presence to cut down on speeding in neighborhoods.
Township officials say the radar signs are moved every day to different neighborhoods and the data is gathered as a basis for making changes to the program.
The “Slow Down Campaign” runs through June 21st.
