The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has announced that the moratorium on evictions for multifamily housing residents will be extended one final time.
According to the United States Department of Agriculture, no residential evictions will be permitted through July 31st for residents living in USDA-supported housing communities.
The USDA points to assistance provided by the American Rescue Plan Act that will benefit residents in rural America during the continuing pandemic. The USDA also extended the moratorium on foreclosures against properties with housing loans through the USDA.
