Seven more people have died locally at Butler Memorial Hospital this past weekend as a result of serious COVID-19 symptoms.
The hospital reported one COVID-related death to the state on Friday.
The hospital reported two COVID-related deaths to the state on Saturday.
The hospital reported one COVID-related death to the state on Sunday.
The hospital reported three additional COVID-related deaths to the state on Monday.
According to the Butler Health System, as of Monday morning 34 patients were hospitalized at Butler Memorial Hospital with eight of those in the ICU. This is seven fewer COVID patients hospitalized but the same number of COVID patients in the ICU compared to last Friday.
