Carl F. Schmidt Jr.

Carl F. Schmidt Jr., 73, of Fenelton passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022. He was born in Pittsburgh on January 6, 1949, raised by the late William and Maggie Anderson. Carl was a good dad and proud grandfather. He was also known for his excellent work ethic and being a jokester. He was loved and will be forever missed. Carl was the beloved husband of Mary Schmidt, since their marriage in 1987; father of Carl Schmidt III, Jimmy Schmidt, and Bethany Norris; brother of Rose Johnson and Fran Devlin; and grandfather of Zaidyn and Zander. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Carl was preceded in death by his father Carl Schmidt Sr.; sister Carol Sorg; sister Margaret Chelkowski; and brother Richard Schmidt.
