The Butler Area Public Library is challenging tweens with an Earth Day activity later this week.
As part of this year’s Earth Day celebration, the library is hosting an Earth Day Escape Room on Thursday from 5 to 6 p.m.
Kids in 4th through 6th grades will have one hour to solve six types of puzzles with a total of 18 questions about planet Earth. Teaming up with friends is encouraged!
Younger kids in kindergarten through 3rd grade are invited to a program about Alaskan Native culture called Molly of Denali on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Library’s Children’s Department.
