Central Electric Cooperative is modifying their annual meeting and election of officers.
The organization says since this year’s election only has one candidate for each director’s seat, ballots will not be sent in the mail. Instead they will be published on the CEC’s website, along with the groups meeting minutes and financial statements.
If members complete the ballot by August 18th—they are eligible to receive $85 in bill credit or an $850 Visa gift card.
The CEC is also opting to forego their in-person annual meeting and instead will stream it on their website on August 19th.
