Students in the Butler Area School District will soon have the chance to try new foods from the district’s new food service provider.
At their meeting earlier this week, school board members heard from representatives of Aramark as well as enjoyed some samples of foods that students will be eating next month.
Although Aramark has been dealing with challenging supply chain issues like many other businesses, they are working to build relationships with students. September has been familiar favorites but October will feature new recipes and special events along with limited time selections for students at the Intermediate and High School.
Aramark is looking to fill seven open positions in food service at Butler facilities. Anyone who is interested is asked to call 724-214-3223.
