Tonight’s game will mark the 17th consecutive season that Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin and Kris Letang will have played together, which sets an NHL record. The trio have now tied with Derek Jeter, Mariano Rivera and Jorge Posada of the New York Yankees as the longest tenured trio in American professional team sports history.
