A local motorist is facing charges following a crash last week in Clearfield Township.
State police say a vehicle driven by 40-year-old Basil Luchkiw of Cabot was driving on Shuler Road around 10:30 p.m. last Tuesday.
He allegedly crossed the center line near 113 Shuler Road and spun off the road into a fence. He then struck a vehicle parked in a driveway and drove off from the scene.
Luchkiw and his passenger were not injured but he has been charged for driving with a suspended license.
