The Knoch School District continues to move forward with a major construction project.
At their meeting Wednesday night, school board members received a progress update about the design of several additions to the high school campus from representatives of the district’s design firm.
The just over $35 million project will include a new back entrance, first floor science rooms with labs, storage, and prep areas, tech-ed space, locker replacement, and a wellness area with a track at the current location of the cafeteria and kitchen. This project could be ready to go out for bid by the end of April.
Replacement the field turf at the high school started earlier this month and is expected to be completed in a couple weeks.
