Moraine State Park is offering local educators a workshop this weekend for those interested in teaching young children about wildlife.
Instructors from Growing Up WILD will lead a workshop from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday at the Region 2 office on Park Road.
Adult participants will receive a copy of the newly revised activity guide to exploring nature with young children ages 3 to 7. Several activities are outdoors so those planning to attend should dress for the weather.
This workshop is free to attend but registration is required by calling the park office.
