Cranberry Township residents have again chosen a name for a snowplow this year.
As part of their second annual “Name That Snowplow” contest, “Ice-Ta-La-Vista Cranberry” emerged the victor with 37% of the votes.
A design featuring the winning name will be placed on a Township snowplow later this year. “Sidney Plowsby” came in a close second place only two votes behind the winner.
The person making the winning suggestion will win a prize pack. Last year’s contest resulted in the selection of “Control plus Salt plus Delete” which is currently in use.
