One person suffered a minor injury after their car was hit by a commercial truck yesterday in Forward Township.
The accident happened just before 11 a.m. when a water tank truck driven by 50-year-old John Hunter of Ellwood City was in the turning lane on Evans City Road and tried to swing a left turn onto Spithaler School Road.
However, Hunter hit another car driven by 39-year-old Michelle White of Zelienople who was also going northbound in the thru lane.
White’s passenger 64-year-old Rosanne Maiolo of Pittsburgh suffered a chest injury. She was treated at the scene by Butler Ambulance.
