The Pittsburgh Pirates completed a three-game series sweep of the Colorado Rockies following a 14-3 victory Wednesday afternoon in Denver. The Bucs had 18 hits in the game, led by Connor Joe and Jason Delay, who had three hits each. Andrew McCutchen hit his fourth home run of the year.
