Butler County Community College is continuing to engage the community by offering a series of free classes on finance management and substance abuse recovery.
Beginning Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Glade Run Community Wellness Center on East Diamond Street in Butler, a weekly series of BC3 Classes called “Establishing Financial Wellness” will be offered to the public.
Then, on Tuesday, a refreshed “Hope is Dope” program, based on the works of local licensed therapist Steve Treu, will be open to new and returning participants. These classes will also be held weekly from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Glade Run Community Wellness Center. The first class “It’s All in Your Head” is this Tuesday and will continue for two additional weeks.
Visit BC3’s website to register for either class or for more information.
