Students in the Mars Area School District are getting ready to attend this year’s Senior Prom activities with Prom Spirit Week.
The event will take place on Friday at the DoubleTree Hotel in Cranberry Township with a theme of “Viva Las Vegas”.
Spirit Week kicks off Monday with students encouraged to wear the color grey for “Groutfit Day” followed by College Wear Day on Tuesday, Dress Like a Teacher Day Wednesday, and red and black clothing on Thursday for Viva Las Vegas Roulette Day.
The prom will begin with a prom walk from 5:30 to 6 p.m. at the Mars High School Auditorium before participants board buses to the venue where they will enjoy dinner, dancing, and a photo booth.
