A group of local police will be raising money for a good cause this weekend as they engage in an activity.
Officers from the Cranberry Township Police Department will be joined by those from Adams Township and Pittsburgh for the 2023 Joyce Memorial Police Sled Hockey Fundraiser.
The games will take place at 4 p.m. Saturday at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry and will also include raffles.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the Mighty Penguins Sled Hockey organization which allows disabled adults and children to experience adapted sled hockey.
